Fortune Magazine: Elon Musk unlikely to win second lawsuit against OpenAI
The chances of Elon Musk winning a second lawsuit against OpenAI look slim, according to a Fortune analysis. Musk is trying to force the organization he previously founded to pay him three times the $44.60 million it donated over five years and to force it to open-source all the research behind its neural networks GPT-4. Musk claims to have a "founding agreement" with OpenAI CEO Sam Altman that explicitly prohibits such a possibility. However, he failed to produce the agreement, arguing instead that it was fully reflected in the nonprofit's December 2015 registration certificate. (Fortune)
