The proposal has an on-chain voting period from August 13th to August 16th. The proposal proposes the establishment of a public representation platform that will be the main channel for LDO holders to learn about and interact with public representatives. The public representative application period is from August 9th to 25th. In addition, the proposal recommends that Lido launch a six-month pilot delegate incentive program, allocating $150,000 to motivate delegates and attract professional teams. If the vote is approved, the delegate election will be held from August 26 to September 18. The first season of the incentive program will begin from September 19 to December 19. The first quarter of the pilot will be paid from December 20 to December 31. The second quarter will be paid from December 20 to March 20. The second quarter of the pilot will be paid from March 21 to March 31.
