Spindl was founded by Antonio Garcia-Martinez (AGM), a former Facebook ad team member, and focuses on solving on-chain distribution problems faced by builders. After the acquisition, Spindl will operate as part of the Base platform and continue to serve existing customers. Coinbase said it will improve the efficiency of on-chain advertising distribution by integrating Spindl's technology and team, helping more developers and builders gain distribution and user growth in Coinbase and the broader on-chain economy.
