On August 9, the Sui ecosystem domain name service SuiNS announced that it will be restructured into a decentralized protocol, which will allow users to govern through the SuiNS token NS. 57% of the NS tokens will be allocated to the treasury to fund additional features, support, maintenance, etc. of the SuiNS platform; 28% of the NS tokens will be allocated to core contributors and early backers; 10% will be allocated to community members who interact with the SuiNS protocol; the last 5% of the NS tokens will be reserved for users who actively participate in the governance of SuiNS in the future.
