Nigerian cryptocurrency advocate James Utudor has filed a landmark lawsuit challenging the government's restrictions on owning, using, and trading digital assets such as Bitcoin (BTC) and stablecoins. Utudor claims that the lawsuit, which names the Nigerian president, finance minister, and attorney general as defendants, aims to protect the fundamental rights of Nigerians.
