Clarence Yeo is appointed as a senior advisor to CTH Group, assisting global development
On August 14th, CTH Group announced today that Mr. Clarence Yeo, a former Senior Advisor (Special Duties) to the Ministry of Home Affairs of Singapore, has officially joined the group as a senior advisor. Mr. Yeo's addition will further strengthen CTH Group's strategic layout, especially in key areas of deepening social engagement, building partnerships, and leadership development in Singapore.
Prior to joining CTH Group, Mr. Clarence Yeo held a number of key positions in Singapore's government departments, including Senior Advisor (Special Duties) at the Ministry of Home Affairs, Director General of Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA) and Chief Executive Officer of Home Affairs Qunying Academy (HTA). Mr. Yeo has received a number of awards for his public service, including Gold Medal for Public Administration on National Day 2021, Gold Medal for Public Administration in 2013, and Silver Medal for Public Administration in 2006. Mr. Yeo is also active in the private sector, having served as an independent non-executive director of Hong Leong Financial and Neon Group Limited, a board member of the Lee Cheung Chi Wah Foundation, a member of the Advisory Board of the International Border Management and Technology Association (IBMATA), and a member of the Advisory Board of the Institute of Biometrics.
