On August 20th, ZKsync development company Matter Labs announced its entry into the Latin American market, selecting Buenos Aires, Argentina as its regional headquarters. Matter Labs executives will meet with local economic leaders, policymakers, and crypto innovators at the end of August to explore collaboration opportunities.
