The Harris camp has an unprecedented gold-sucking effect on women
Kamala Harris, who replaced Joe Biden as the Democratic presidential nominee, has unlocked a flood of money from a burgeoning donor base of women. Her campaign said 60 percent of the $310 million raised in July came from women. Official data will be released on Tuesday and gender-specific data needs to be analyzed separately, but early indications are that she will be able to inspire more women to donate, and more importantly, could drive that percentage higher than in any previous U.S. election.
