Web3 development company Alchemy has announced the acquisition of Romanian blockchain infrastructure provider Bware for an undisclosed amount. It is reported that the acquisition will not affect Alchemy or Bware customers, and Alchemy will not take over Bware's INFRA decentralized network and its tokens. This acquisition will expand Alchemy's business in Europe.
