Firo determines the new block reward distribution plan, with the master node accounting for 70%.
On September 2nd, the privacy cryptocurrency project Firo determined a new token issuance and block reward distribution plan through a community governance process. The new plan includes three main elements:
1. Fixed issue of 6.25 FIROs per block until the total reaches 21.40 million;
2. Then implement the tail issue of 1FIRO/block;
3. The distribution ratio of block rewards is 70% for the main node, 5% for miners, 15% for the development team, and 10% for the community.
The Firo core team says it is no longer proposing changes to token economics to ensure stability until the end of the offering is reached. These changes will take effect at block height 958655, and the team will issue an urgent update shortly.
