The bill also requires the output of said systems to respect citizens' equal rights and privacy rights, providing legal resources for victims of artificial intelligence rights violations. However, follow-up enhancements such as fines are not yet in place if any infringement occurs. In addition, compliance with the treaty is currently enforced only through monitoring.
