On September 10th, mempool data revealed that an independent bitcoin miner received 3.169 BTC block rewards and 0.044 BTC fee rewards for adding blocks 860,749 to the bitcoin blockchain, worth more than $181,000. The miner used the Solo CK Pool mining service to establish an independent mining pool and calculated the effective hash value of the block.
