Fractal mainnet high-priority transaction fees have skyrocketed to more than 100 Satoshi/byte
On September 11, according to mempool data, Fractal mainnet transaction fees have skyrocketed to more than 40 Satoshi/byte, and high-priority fees have skyrocketed to more than 100 Satoshi/byte.
It is reported that a team has launched a new UTXO-based token protocol on Bitcoin today, called the Covenant Attested Token (CAT) protocol, which has many characteristics such as no indexer, modularity, programmable minting and cross-chain interoperability. CAT Protocol can run on any Bitcoin-compatible blockchain with active OP_CAT. The community speculates that this may be the main reason for the surge in transaction fees on the Fractal mainnet.
