Digital asset management company Spirit Blockchain Capital Inc. announced that it has acquired Dogecoin Portfolio Holdings for an undisclosed amount. Under the terms of the acquisition agreement, Spirit Blockchain Capital will purchase all securities issued and outstanding by Dogecoin Holdings, including common shares and warrants.
