US state attorneys general urge Biden to help free Binance executive detained in Nigeria
Eighteen state attorneys general in the United States are urging President Joe Biden to help free Binance executive Tigran Gambaryan who has been detained in Nigeria. They are asking President Biden to designate Tigran Gambaryan as a hostage under the Robert Levinson Hostage Rescue and Hostage-Taking Responsibility Act.
