The former Celsius CEO will return to court on November 13 to participate in dismissal arguments
On October 24th, former Celsius CEO Alex Mashinsky will appear in a New York court for the first time in months to participate in oral arguments related to his motion to drop the charges.
According to an October 23 filing in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, Judge John Koeltl ordered Mashinsky and prosecutors to appear in court on November 13 to "reserve testimony" and process a motion by the former Celsius CEO to dismiss part of the indictment.
In January, Mashinsky's lawyers filed a motion to drop charges related to commodity fraud and market manipulation.
