On October 24th, Abstract Chain, a Layer2 network designed for on-chain culture and community, announced the launch of a Builder-in-Residence program designed to support developers. Selected candidates will receive monthly stipends, marketing support, developer support and other assistance. Applications are now open. Previously, it was reported that IglooInc., the parent company of NFT project Pudgy Penguins, has acquired Frame, an on-chain creator economy platform, with the aim of developing Abstract Chain, a Layer 2 network designed specifically for on-chain cultures and communities.
