Upbit will list Safe (SAFE) Korean Won, BTC, USDT trading pairs

According to the official announcement, Upbit will be launched on the Safe (SAFE) Korean won, BTC, and USDT markets, and is expected to be launched at 18:00 (Korea time) on October 24.
