USDC Treasury Minted 50 million New USDC on Ethereum Chain and Transferred to Coinbase

According to Whale Alert, the USDC Treasury minted 50,000,000 new USDCs on the Ethereum chain at around 9:48 a.m. today and transferred them to Coinbase.
