Stacks Asia Foundation Executive Director: Next year, BTC ecosystem native protocols will strengthen coupling

On October 30th, at the 2024 Hong Kong SmartCon conference held by Chainlink, Kyle Ellicott, executive director of Stacks Asia Foundation, said at the roundtable "BTCFi: Mining Trillion Dollar Opportunities" that in the last 10 to 12 months, the Bitcoin ecosystem has entered a period of accelerated development, and its public awareness and discussion have exceeded the past few years, or even the past 10 years. With the joint construction of industry participants, BTC ecological TVL has now reached about 2.50 billion US dollars. Now, the BTC ecosystem is connected to the EVM ecosystem. In 2025, BTC native protocols will cooperate internally rather than compete with each other. This is what end users want to see - a smooth transfer of assets from point A to point B.
