DEXX letter to hackers: returning funds within 24 hours will provide bug bounties, otherwise law enforcement action will be taken with the police
On-chain trading end point DEXX released an open letter to hackers on X: We have received strong support from security agencies, partners and trading platforms to locate the stolen tokens. We also monitored your address to freeze the stolen funds in a timely manner. You are asked to resolve this incident within the next 24 hours, which will prevent us from taking any further action.
We ask that you communicate with us via email and return the stolen funds. To express our gratitude, we will offer you a generous bug bounty and a generous gift. Once you return the funds, we will immediately destroy all information currently in our possession about the hack. We will also stop all follow-up tracking and analysis, and you will no longer be held responsible. But if you do not comply, we will continue to investigate with local police, security agencies and trading platforms to take law enforcement action to protect user assets, no matter how long it takes.
