Federal Reserve Goolsby: If you see more good inflation reports, you can cut interest rates

Mr. Goolsbee said interest rates could be cut if he saw more good inflation reports; 2 per cent inflation was not needed to cut rates; and the Fed's 2 per cent inflation target was a "sacred oath".
