Bitcoin developer Burak has launched Brollups, a Layer 2 technology that does not require forks or proprietary tokens. Brollups enables fast, low-cost Bitcoin transactions by packaging transactions off-chain and processing them on-chain. Burak hopes to use this technology to demonstrate that Bitcoin can improve transaction efficiency while maintaining security and decentralization.
