The younger generation of the North American crypto industry makes up nearly a third of Forbes' 2025 list of "30 Finance People Under 30," including 14 founders of nine crypto or blockchain-related companies. Cryptocurrency company founders (10 men and four women) occupy nine of the 30 seats in the finance category in Forbes' annual list released on December 4 (some of the lists are ranked equally). The list aims to list at least 30 North American business leaders under the age of 30 in each category, such as finance and technology.
