Digital financial technology firm Circle Internet Group, Inc. has announced the establishment of an entity in the Abu Dhabi International Financial Centre, a major milestone in its strategic expansion into the Middle East and Africa. Circle has also entered into a partnership with LuLu Financial Holdings (LuLuFin) and its affiliates to facilitate the use of Circle's full reserve digital dollar USDC for remittances and cross-border transfers.
