Binance Hong Kong continues to operate, and new accounts can be registered with a local Internet Protocol Address and a Hong Kong ID card

It has been nearly a month since the end of the licensing transition period for virtual asset trading platforms in Hong Kong, and there are still some international platforms that have not left the market, relying only on a one-page pop-up window statement to "show off". Binance, OKX, Bybit and other large international platforms that should be "leaving Hong Kong" have been found to be still operating. New accounts can be registered with local Internet Protocol Addresses and Hong Kong ID cards. There are also platforms that are not open to Hong Kong people but can be registered with Hong Kong ID cards. Although OKX prohibits Hong Kong as an address, it can be registered in China. It supports mainland ID verification and can be completed with Hong Kong Internet Protocol Addresses.
