Tian Xiangyang, chairperson of the Shanghai Futures Exchange, said that the Shanghai Futures Exchange authorized the OSE to list the natural rubber futures futures contracts settled in cash based on the natural rubber futures delivery and settlement price of the Shanghai Futures Exchange, which is a specific measure for the Shanghai Futures Exchange to accelerate the implementation of the opening of capital markets and the high-quality development opinions of the futures market and accelerate the construction of a world-class exchange.
