The US State Department: Very limited participation in the Assange case

WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange has agreed to plead guilty to one felony charge involving his alleged involvement in one of the largest leaks of classified documents from the U.S. government, according to newly filed federal court documents, as part of a deal with the Justice Department that will allow him to avoid serving time in the United States.
