Binance CEO Richard Teng recently said that, driven by regulatory changes under Trump, strategic moves in the United States, and momentum in favor of cryptocurrencies, he forecasts that Bitcoin will reach a new all-time high in 2025. He stressed that the Trump administration's policies could bring much-needed regulatory clarity to drive the next phase of growth for cryptocurrencies such as bitcoin. Teng also pointed to the growing supportive stance of US lawmakers and regulators towards cryptocurrencies, with legislation on token issuance, trading and asset management likely to move forward, commenting: "Compared to the past, both the House and Senate are now supportive of cryptocurrencies."
