Toyota plans to issue a digital bond for retail investors in March this year
Toyota Financial plans to issue a yen digital bond in March this year through the Progmat tokenization platform. The total size is 1 billion yen (about 6.60 million US dollars), and the face value of a single 100,000 yen (about 658 US dollars). The issuance is not only one of the few digital bonds issued by Japanese companies, but also specifically for retail investors. It is experimental in nature.
