ZK Digital Identity Project Holonym Foundation announced the expansion of its network with the acquisition of identity verification platform Gitcoin Passport for $10 million, which is said to be completed in late 2024, combining Gitcoin Passport's "human proof" system with Holonym's "human network", which leverages ZK technology implementation of a privacy-focused on-chain reputation.
