On February 13, the decentralized AI project Bittensor announced in its Discord community that the Dynamic TAO (dTAO) upgrade will be launched at 16-17 EST on the 13th. It is reported that this upgrade is considered to be the most important upgrade of Bittensor since the network was established. The upgrade aims to transform the issuance allocation from a trusted capital allocation of a few large validators to pure market power. Each AI market (now the TAO subnet project) will operate with its own token, and the issuance will flow according to the relative price of the tokens.
