The US judge has granted Binance and SEC a 60-day suspension of litigation, requiring joint status reports to be submitted by April 14

According to a public legal filing, U.S. Judge Amy Berman Jackson in Washington, D.C., has granted a joint motion by Binance and the Securities Exchange Commission (SEC) to stay the litigation for 60 days. At the same time, the judge also asked the two sides to submit a joint status report by April 14. This means that the litigation against Binance will be temporarily suspended, giving the two sides time to negotiate or seek other solutions.
