Infrastructure Glacier Network Completes $8 million Funding
Infrastructure Glacier Network announced that it has successfully raised $8 million in angel and seed funding, valuing the project at $100 million. Investors participating in this round include ForesightX, UOB Venture Management, Laser Digital, Kucoin Ventures, Signum Capital, Cogitent Ventures, Gate Labs, Candaq Fintech Group, Open Digital Infrastructure Group, Mask Network, Dewhales Captial, DCI Capital, Polkastarter, Founderheads VC, Contribution Capital and Aza ventures, among others.
In addition, Glacier has received funding from PermaDAO, Boundless Hackathon Stanford, Berkeley Blockchain Xcelerator, ForesightX Accelerator Cohort, and Aptos Grant Dao in the Arweave ecosystem.
It is reported that Glacier Network is building a programmable, modular, and scalable blockchain infrastructure for storing, indexing, and querying data to enhance AI at scale. Glacier enables verifiable computation through GlacierAI, GlacierDB, and GlacierDA.
