The Do Kwon hearing was postponed by one month due to the need for more time to review new evidence on 4TB
The resolution of Terraform Labs founder Do Kwon's court case has been delayed by a month after the US government claimed that his defence team needed more time to review an additional 4TB of evidence. A status meeting scheduled for March 10, in which lawyers from both sides discuss the current progress of the case and possible solutions, has been postponed. The New York District Court yesterday adjourned the meeting until April 10, following a written request submitted by the US government. The court agreed to the US request and said it would postpone the meeting "so that the defence can review the substantial amount of evidence".
The US government said it had handed over 600GB of evidence to the defence on February 27, including Do Kwon's mobile phone data, emails and cryptocurrency trading records. In addition, the government said it "expects to provide the defence with an additional 4TB of evidence by the end of next week." The court order postponing the meeting noted that the final trial "is still scheduled for January 26, 2026".
