Amazon has formed a new team focused on artificial intelligence agents to help users and customers automate their lives, according to an internal email. AWS CEO Matt Garman said in the email that the new team will be led by executive Swami Sivasubramanian, and artificial intelligence agents have the potential to be the next billion-dollar business.
