Ethereum Foundation: Fixed Sepolia testnet license deposit contract issue
The Ethereum Foundation posted on its official blog that the Pectra network upgrade was previously live on the Sepolia testnet, but then it was discovered that there was a problem with Sepolia's license deposit contract, which caused many execution layer client sides to be unable to include transactions in blocks. The cause of the problem was quickly determined, and the client side team immediately started to fix it. The issue is specific to Sepolia's testnet configuration and cannot happen on the Ethereum mainnet. The validator has now deployed a fix to restore the network to normal throughput. All Sepolia node operators must now upgrade their execution layer client side to maintain network compatibility.
