Slow Mist: Beware of malicious poisoning attacks on EOS addresses
According to the SlowMist security team, the EOS blockchain is facing an address poisoning attack. Malicious accounts send users 0.001 EOS tokens to implement address poisoning, and multiple fake exchange accounts have been found.
These attackers create fake accounts that closely resemble well-known exchange accounts, such as fake OKX "oktothemoon" (real account "okbtothemoon") and fake Binance "binanecleos" (real account "binancecleos").
The SlowMist security team reminds users to remain vigilant
