Conflux: An opcode related vulnerability has been fixed, and this security incident did not result in user loss in capital
On March 24th, according to the official disclosure of Conflux Network, the network has fixed a critical vulnerability in the CREATE2 opcode in the V2.5 upgrade on March 17th. This vulnerability was discovered with the assistance of the GraFunLabs team, which allows the redeployment of contracts on existing addresses, affecting the Gnosis Safe wallet.
Conflux Network said the security incident did not result in any user loss in capital. The upgrade also enhances the compatibility of the Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) for future security.
