On July 3rd, Blast released the second phase user guide, and the Blast Foundation will launch the second phase on July 8th. Similar to the first phase, the second phase is also divided into two parts, Blast Points and Blast Gold, and 10 billion BLAST has been allocated for the second phase rewards. The main purpose of the second phase is to support the development of mobile Dapps and to motivate users to use these Dapps through the Blast app.
