On March 28th, according to Bitcoin Laws, the South Carolina Bitcoin Reserve Act (Bill H4256) will allow the state treasurer to invest 10% of the state's funds in Bitcoin. Bitcoin reserves are capped at 1 million BTC. The bill was introduced by Rep. Jordan Pace.
