Tencent 1.16 billion a 25% stake in Ubisoft's new subsidiary in euros, and the transaction is expected to be completed before the end of the year

According to Bloomberg, Ubisoft (Ubisoft) has split its hit games such as Assassin's Creed, Far Cry and Rainbow Six into a new subsidiary valued at about 4 billion euros (about 4.30 billion dollars). Tencent Holdings will pay 1.16 billion euros for a 25% stake in the subsidiary, and the new entity will hold the IP licenses for these games and operate by collecting royalties. The deal is expected to close by the end of 2025, and Ubisoft will use the proceeds to pay down debt and support the development of other game series.
