On March 28 local time, US President Trump plans to unveil new tariffs in the next few days. He said he is somewhat open to a tariff agreement with other countries, but he hinted that any agreement will be reached after the tariff measures take effect on April 2. "If we can get something out of this deal, it's possible - but you know, we've been taken advantage of for 40 years, or even longer. This kind of thing is not going to happen again.
