Federal Reserve meeting notes: Most officials believe U.S. economic growth is gradually cooling

The Fed meeting notes showed that an overwhelming majority of officials thought US growth was gradually cooling; most participants saw the current policy stance as restrictive; the Fed was waiting for "more information" to gain confidence to cut rates; some participants said policy should be ready to deal with unexpected economic weakness; and several Fed officials said unemployment could rise if demand weakened.
