Messari CEO: Will no longer engage with SEC until it is reformed
Ryan Selkis, Messari's chief executive and co-founder, said in a statement on Thursday that he would no longer engage in any formal or informal capacity with the SEC and its chairperson Gary Gensler until the agency, which Messari now views as a hostile adversary, competitor and redundant federal regulator, is reformed and replaced.
In the coming months, Messari will wage a legal battle against this illegal and corrupt institution. The relevant draft will be polished, improved, and then submitted to the SEC and Congress.
