According to Arkham, in the past 3 hours, the German government has transferred 6,306.9 BTC (362.12 million USD) to Kraken, Cumberland, 139Po (possibly institutional deposit/OTC service) and the address bc1qu. Of these, 3,206.9 BTC (184.58 million USD) was transferred out in the last 20 minutes. Since yesterday, the German government has received 5,366 BTC from exchanges including Kraken, Bitstamp and Coinbase. The German government currently holds 22,847 BTC ($1.32 billion).
