After its analysis, it was confirmed that the address was the guarantee-related business address enabled by Cambodia Huiwang Group on July 9, 2024. Bitrace also said that at present, Huiwang has once again enabled the new business address TQuFSv and transferred 114,800 USDC from the frozen TNVaKW address. In addition, its official old related business address TL8TBp is still in normal operation, and its other guarantee and payment business-related addresses have not been frozen in the past six months. The reason for the freezing of the address may be related to assisting in the laundering of funds for criminal activities such as fraud and currency theft.
