The three major indices of US stocks collectively closed higher. The Dow index rose 1.85%, the S & P 500 index rose 0.64%, and the Nasdaq index rose 0.2%. Among them, the Dow and S & P 500 indices both hit record closing highs. Most of the large technology stocks fell, Nvidia, Google, and Meta fell more than 1%, Netflix and Microsoft fell slightly; Tesla rose more than 1%, and Apple and Amazon rose slightly.
