Northern Data, a mining company, has decided to dismiss a whistleblower lawsuit by former employees
Northern Data, a European bitcoin mining company, is fighting back against a whistleblower lawsuit filed by two of its former executives who say they were wrongfully fired for expressing concerns about the company's finances and accusing the company of tax evasion. On Monday night, Northern Data's lawyers filed a motion to dismiss the federal case, calling it a "classic example of bad faith litigation" and accusing the two plaintiffs, Gulsen Kama and Joshua Porter, of short and inefficient tenure at the company.
