German government: Over 90% of bitcoins are carried out in a market-friendly manner over the counter, with no direct impact on bitcoin price
On July 17, the German government said in the announcement of the emergency sale of bitcoin that it "sold bitcoin in a market-friendly and fair manner. The bitcoin caused by the emergency sale was sold in small batches over a period of about three and a half weeks. From the beginning, less than one percent of the bitcoin market volume was traded regularly, and more than 90 percent of bitcoin was traded over the counter (OTC) in a market-friendly manner. This scale has no direct impact on the bitcoin price."
